AI Lead Engineer

  • Technical lead of Goil's AI platform, a multi-tenant SaaS for businesses and public administrations: architecture, technical decisions and code review, bridging business and engineering.
  • Composer: in-house agent that builds and edits websites, online stores (Medusa) and mobile modules (React Native) from a chat, in ephemeral sandboxes (E2B and Vercel Sandbox). Replaced the v0 API with a multi-provider engine with controlled cost, migrating existing projects.
  • Agent cost and reliability: context compaction, prompt caching, audits of real sessions and a harness benchmark with repeated runs (the best one 3.5x cheaper than our own engine).
  • Back-office assistant: a single agent with capabilities by role and plan (documentation, data queries over a curated catalog without PII, and actions the user approves and the server revalidates), also exposed via MCP with in-house OAuth 2.1 and validated with evals.
  • Per-business RAG with embeddings (pgvector) and voice chat in the mobile app (STT, LLM and TTS), and migration of the runtime to the gateway with tracing, cost tracking and PII masking.
  • AI FinOps: usage ledger per client and model (Vercel AI Gateway, Langfuse) to keep each account's spend under control.
  • AI Help Center (help.goil.app): MDX documentation, chat over the docs, interactive tours and A/B tests with PostHog.
  • Self-serve onboarding: passwordless sign-up with OTP and automatic business enrichment (Google Places and Firecrawl) to generate its brand and workspace.
  • Internal data bot on Discord that answers natural-language questions across MongoDB, PostHog and Langfuse, with read-only queries and redacted PII.
  • Platform and quality: Redis split into queues and cache, stable SSE streaming behind load balancers, pnpm (install from 119 s to 27 s), oxlint and oxfmt, mutation testing with Stryker and dependency auditing in CI.
  • Public tender readiness: accessibility (RD 1112/2018) and backend security audits.
  • AI agent-driven development (Claude Code) as the main way of working, with AGENTS.md, skills and assisted review for the whole team.
